Log Cabin Progress July 22, 2006

Slowly but surely we are making progress. Each day brings a new task. So unlike last year when every day was select a log, sand it, scribe it, saw it, and set it. This year it's always something new. Danny & David are my main helpers. Jill and Jesse come down when they can get away from the B&B. Denali is there every day, but he sleeps all day. Steve and his Mom came by to visit one day and helped out. It was a warm week - David even got a little sun burn one day.

I gave both the boys a raise - they moved up the ladder to work on the outside gabel - since I didn't want them to use my garage sale radial arm saw. It can be dangerous. They did just fine.
